• Places are subject to availability; we cannot guarantee a place on the ride.
• Reservations can only be made while you are at the park and by using the designated booking form.
• Only one reservation request can be made on a single calendar day and you cannot book more than five people on the ride in a single booking.
• If the reservation is accepted, you will be issued with a ticket containing a QR code; you must present a valid QR code to access the ride.
• Access to the ride is only permitted during the specific time indicated on the QR code ticket; if you arrive outside of the designated time slot, you may be denied entry and be required to make a new reservation.
• Selecting a time slot does not guarantee immediate access; you may still be required to join and wait in the general queue to experience the ride.
• Tickets can only be redeemed on the same day the reservation was made.
• Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. To cancel your reservation, please approach the guest services counter.
• We cannot guarantee that the ride will be available during your visit.
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations, or deny admission to the ride, for any reason at our discretion.

• You can only join the virtual queue if you are located within the confines of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
• The location services on your mobile phone must be turned on to enable access to our QR code landing page. This is for your convenience. Your location data is only used to verify that you are located within Ferrari World Abu Dhabi at the time of signing up for the virtual queue and is not linked to any personal information. Your location data is not stored on our systems.
• Your personal details will be stored securely on our systems and will not be deleted unless required by law or upon your request.
