Important instructions

Before you book your slot, here are some important things you need to know. Learn more
  • Min Height 1.30m
  • Max Height 1.96m
  • All guests must be at least 1.3 metres tall and below 1.96 metres to ride.
  • Guests must be able to close the overhead lap bar firmly to the minimum closing position.
  • Eating or drinking is not permitted inside the queue line or on the ride itself.
  • The guest must always keep their head against the headrest.
  • Smoking is not permitted within the queue line or on the ride.
  • Shoes must be always worn.
  • Stiletto heeled shoes are not permitted on the ride.
  • Guests wearing loose clothing must be secured or wear PPE provided.
  • Any guests wearing a turban must wear a Coaster Cap.
  • Any guests wearing a loose abaya or saree must wear a full body overall.
  • Any Sheila or long head scarves must be removed. Balaclavas and capsters will be issued if required.
  • Any skull caps must be covered with a “capsters”.
  • Protectors should be worn on top of eyeglasses.
  • Guests are advised to remove all jewellery and watches.
  • The ride is not suitable for expectant mothers.
  • The ride is not suitable for guests with a history of heart trouble, back or neck problems, low or high blood pressure, those who have had recent surgery or those who suffer from epilepsy.
  • Guests must be able to sit upright unaided, hold their own body weight for evacuation reasons, always hold on tight, and brace themselves against the ride forces.
  • Due to evacuation procedures, guests must be able to walk unaided for long distances at height and down 246 steep steps.
  • All loose items (mobile phones, cameras, keys, jewellery etc.) must be removed prior to boarding.
  • Unsecured assistive devices including, but not limited to, hearing aids, artificial eyes must be secured or removed before riding.
  • Guests having any hand, arm, foot or leg in a cast are not allowed to ride.
  • Prosthetic devices are not permitted on the ride.
  • Blind guests are unable to ride.
  • Guests must have two functioning arms and legs to ride.
  • Guests must always keep their hands and legs inside the vehicle.
  • Lap riding is not permitted.
  • Guests must always remain seated.
