    EXPERIENCE POLICY
    • Guests must be between the ages of 8 and 65
    • Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the Experience.
    • A maximum weight restriction of 140kg
    • Minimum height restriction of 1.2m
    • Maximum height restriction of 2.0m
    • Guests must be able to meet the restrictions of the full body harness provided to them by the experience guide.
    • Open shoes, flip flops and other inappropriate footwear are not allowed;
    • Guests may not wear loose clothing (such as kandura, abaya, sarii, long scarfs, skirts, dresses etc.)
    • Loose items must be stored in the lockers provided.
    • Smoking, eating or drinking is not permitted during the experience.
    • Guests are not permitted to take any items onto the Attraction, including but not limited to items such as cameras, videos, audio, pagers, mobile phones, handbags, satchels, wallets, watches, fitness trackers and any other personal items or effects.
    • Guests must be in good medical condition and the experience is not recommended for guests with neck pain, back pain, heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure and any other medical conditions that can be aggravated.
    • Guests must be able to phyically walk unaided for long distances with different inclines.
    • The experience is not recommended for guests who are afraid of heights.

    • Guests are required to arrive and ‘check-in’ at the Guest Services Counter at least 15 minutes prior to the advised experience time as stated on Ticket or confirmation advice. Failure to arrive by this time may result in non-admittance to the Attraction, without refund.
    • Smoking, eating or drinking is not permitted during the experience
    • Roof Walk Participation Conditions:
      • Guests must be between the ages of 8 and 65;
      • Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (holding a valid ticket) throughout the experience;
      • Guests must sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form;
      • Guests must not weigh more than 140kg
      • Minimum height restriction of 1.2m
      • Maximum height restriction of 2.0m
      • Guests must be able to meet the restrictions of the full body harness provided to them by the experience guide.
      • Guests may not wear loose clothing (such as kandura, abaya, sarii, long scarfs, skirts, dresses etc.)
      • Long hair must be safely secured prior to taking part
      • Loose items must be stored in the lockers provided
      • Guests are not permitted to take any items onto the Attraction, including but not limited to items such as cameras, videos, audio, pagers, mobile phones, handbags, satchels, wallets, watches, fitness trackers and any other personal items or effects.
      • Guests must be in good medical condition and the experience is not recommended for guests with neck pain, back pain, heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure and any other medical conditions that can be aggravated
      • Guests must be able to climb 191 steps unaided
      • The experience is not recommended for guests who are afraid of heights
      • Guests under the influence of drugs, alcohol or other substances that impair judgement (e.g medicine) are not permitted to join this experience
      • Expectant mothers are not permitted to take part in the experience
      • All guests must be able to understand and follow instructions provided by the Experience Guides.
      • Open shoes, flip flops and other inappropriate footwear are not allowed;
      • You must comply with any specific onsite health and safety requirements;

    • Zip line Participation Conditions:
      • Guests must sign (or if you are aged 17 or under, your parent or legal guardian signs) the disclaimer form;
      • Guests must weigh between 60kg and 115kg
      • Minimum height restriction of 1.6m
      • Maximum height restriction of 1.9m
      • Guests must be able to meet the restrictions of the full body harness provided to them by the experience guide.
      • Guests may not wear loose clothing (such as kandura, abaya, sarii, long scarfs, skirts, dresses etc.)

    • Guests participating must obey the directions and instructions of all staff including instructors (Experience Guides) and Ferrari World Abu Dhabi employees, and must not act disruptively or disturb other Guests or interfere with an Experience Guide’s ability to conduct any part of the Zip Line process in a safe and secure manner (including abiding by any social distancing requirements imposed by Ferrari World Abu Dhabi ) and must not damage, deface or remove any part of the Ferrari Word Abu Dhabi property or any of the equipment supplied for use on the Attraction . Disruptive behavior includes making any jokes or flippant remarks about security. Ferrari World Abu Dhabi retains the right to remove from the Attraction any Guest who does not comply with these terms, without refund.
    • Ferrari World Abu Dhabi (in its discretion) may refuse a Guests participation if a Guest is unwilling to remove any unauthorized items.
