You can upgrade your Annual Pass at any of our Annual Pass counters at any of our Theme Parks, or by calling us on 600 511115. If you have less than a month remaining on your Annual Pass, we advise that you renew your Annual Pass with our exclusive Annual Pass renewal discount equal to 10% off.

We are thrilled to bring you a range of discounts from our unique experiences across all of our Theme Parks which for Ferrari includes; Karting, Simulators, Roofwalk and Zipline. At Yas Waterworld we have Pearl Diving and our Underwater VR Experience and at Warner Bros. World we have our new Dynamite Gulch Sluicing experience!

For the first time we are excited to partner with a number of partners from across Yas Island. We work closely with some of the biggest event providers in the country to bring you early access or discounted tickets. Unfortunately we can't guarantee this on every event but rest assured we will bring this to you via an email when we do. Currently UFC and F1 events are precluded from this benefit.

You can prebook your experience by calling Yas Concierge and handing your voucher in on arrival to CLYMB Abu Dhabi or you can book your experience directly at CLYMB Abu Dhabi (Subject to availability, advanced prebooking is suggested).

For the first time we are pleased to bring preferred parking to our Gold and Diamond Passholders at each of our Theme Parks. For Ferrari World you will find this Parking in Row A, Floor G in the Grand Prix parking located next to The Fountains. For Yas Waterworld, the first two rows after the disabled Parking next to the Entrance. And for Warner Bros. World this is on the Ground floor, the first two rows nearest the entrance. Please make sure your preferred Parking sticker is clearly displayed on your windscreen to avail this benefit. The sticker must be stuck to your windscreen. Parking is subject to availability and allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Yes, please bring your old Parking sticker with you to Guest Services and we will be happy to replace this for you.

We do not currently offer replacements for Parking stickers if lost. You will receive a new sticker when you next renew your Annual Pass.

Contact the hotels directly through the phone or via email to make a reservation, and present your valid Annual Pass upon checking in. For dining & other discounts, present your valid Annual Pass card to the staff and they will assist you in your discount redemption. T&Cs apply.

You can bring a friend with you on any day that you wish to visit and surrender your voucher in exchange for a ticket on any date before your pass expires. Your friend must come with you to redeem this offer as your pass is required to show validity. We cannot replace these vouchers and they are non-transferable.

We are pleased to offer reserved parking at Yas Marina (Behind Cipriani), Yas Bay Waterfront and at Grand Prix Parking in Yas Mall. Please make sure you have your Annual Pass on you and your car has your valid Parking Sticker clearly displayed on your windscreen. Where the Parking at Yas Marina reaches capacity, please feel free to use the Valet parking service free of charge. Parking is subject to availability and is allocated on a first come first serve basis.

If you are in your renewal window (4 weeks pre expiry date and 4 weeks after expiry) then we would be happy to renew your pass into one of our amazing new passes. If you renew now into a Silver or Gold Pass, not only have they significantly dropped in price but we are offering 10% off to our existing Passholders to renew into.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer refunds on our Annual Passes after purchasing but if your experience was hampered in any way we would be happy to arrange.

Yes, Annual Passes for nannies are available and can only be purchased at the Theme Park ticketing counter. The sponsor must be a valid Annual Passholder and must be present at the time of purchase. A proof of sponsorship must be presented.

We are pleased to be able to offer people of determination a free carer pass when they purchase an Annual Pass. In order to obtain this benefit, people of determination will need to bring valid proof to our Guest Services team at one of our Parks and we would be happy to print your carer pass for you.
