Mamma Rossella

Mamma Rossella is an award-winning fast food trattoria, famed for its delicious menu of fresh pastas and an array of pizzas that are fired in a traditional wood-burning oven. It is the first restaurant in the Middle East to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza, certified by the True Neapolitan Pizza Association.

This restaurant is named in honour of the much loved Rossella Giannini, also known as Mamma Rossella, who runs the popular family restaurant ‘Ristorante Montana’ in Maranello next to the Ferrari factory and created many of the mouth-watering recipes for the park’s eatery. With her delicious recipes and warm vibes, Mamma Rossella won the hearts of many Ferrari drivers and park guests.

With its unique authentic Italian flavours, Mamma Rossella has claimed ‘Favourite Italian Restaurant’ below AED 400 for two consecutive years in 2015 and 2016 at the What’s On Awards Abu Dhabi.
